Viewing User's Mailbox Content

View Mail is a link on an account toolbar used to log in the account without the account’s password.  You can view the selected account’s mailbox content, including all folders, calendar entries, and briefcase items. This feature can be used to assist users, who may be having trouble with their account, as you and the account user can be logged on to the account.

Any View Mail action is logged to the audit.log file.

To view a mailbox
  1. Go to Manage>Accounts.

  2. Select the account to view and in the gear icon click View Mail. The account mailbox is opened in a new window.
