The Global Settings and Servers components include a Download button under the gear icon which can be used to download configuration information for troubleshooting.
When you submit a support request, support might ask that you download your configuration and send it to them so that they can replicate your configuration in their labs to troubleshoot your issues. You might be asked to download files from the following:
Global settings to download the contents of the Zimbra LDAP directory (cn). This file is downloaded as a gzipped LDIF file.
Servers to download the contents of /opt/zimbra/conf folder on the selected server. This file is downloaded as one gzipped tar file.
